testimony to the issues brought up by the GPPOA at the September 2
public meeting. Also, pictures

additional information by Bangor Hydro.
Joe Jordan, Association president, asked about putting
the line underground or on the ground encassed in concrete at the
public meeting but this was rejected as too expensive and would
impact electric rates by raising them.This was in his
statement made to the Planning Board but not rebutted because it was
not part of the petition.
